Custom Mentoring
Our agency provides trauma-informed mentorship, peer support, and community-based support within the CFTSS model, in coordination with licensed providers when appropriate. Current Status: Aung Community Behavioral Health Network, LLC is actively building toward CFTSS service authorization in New York State. Services are provided in coordination with appropriate supervisors and licensed providers. We do not provide emergency or crisis services. For emergencies, please call 911 or 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
Referral
Please reach out to initiate referrals for youth or families needing mentorship support. We facilitate same-gender mentor pairings and provide comprehensive, personalized guidance.
Care Management
Supportive care coordination for youth and families with complex needs. Our team members uphold professional standards and honor diverse cultural backgrounds at every step.
Peer Mentorship
Our team members engage youth within their existing environments, including home or school settings, to build self-sufficiency, positive relationships, and long-term resilience.
